Well, that all depends on the pressure washer you’re using and the surface you’re trying to clean!  Even cleanup jobs that look identical can have wildly different time requirements based on the PSI (pounds per square inch) of your pressure washer.

But as a rough guide, depending on the pressure washer and operator, a new pressure washer with an experienced operator can wash about 4,000 square feet in an hour. An older model with a less experienced operator might only be able to wash 2,500 square feet in the same amount of time.  It all really just depends on the equipment and the person using it.

So, different types of projects, operators and equipment will effect how many square feet you can pressure wash in an hour.   Just remember that slower is usually better when it comes to pressure washing, so take your time!
